Happy Cake is Hawaii’s most famous cake which we have been baking on Oahu with our secret recipe since 1967!
Made from sweetened pineapple, roasted macadamia nuts from Hawaii and fresh coconut, the Happy Cake is pure Hawaii. No other pineapple and macadamia nut cake in the world is made with such high quality pineapple and nuts, and as you will taste, there is no shortage of them.
This dense delicious cake has a strong shelf life and travels really well.
Our 16 oz cake comes in a rectangular loaf size making it so easy to slice and serve. No need to try to finish it all in one go as Happy Cake can be wrapped and stored in the fridge. It also freezes really well.
The order is for five(5) separately wrapped and boxed cakes (16 oz each). Share them with family or give away as gifts!
Our suggestion: Chill this cake, then slice it thin, toast it in a toaster oven or regular toaster until slightly crisp, and then serve it with vanilla ice cream. All the flavors will be so distinct. Simple beautiful!
